This short Lake District walk provides excellent views and great walking. The start is the pretty village of Hartsop. The climb onto Gray Crag is steep but once this ascent has been completed the walk is relatively easy and includes Thornthwaite Beacon and a beautiful valley walk alongside Pasture Beck back to the start. Wainwrights included in this walk are - Gray Crag. A GPS File is available for download (see walk description). A route profile is also provided.
