Walk from Broad Haven (Pembrokeshire) exploring the countryside and coast to the north of the village. The route starts by following a path through a wooded valley to the small chapel at Haroldston West. After a short distance along a lane the route continues across fields to the small community of Druidston from where a track leads towards the coast. Joining the Wales Coast path the walk heads south along scenic section of coastline following the cliff tops. As your near Broad Haven, you pass Den's Door a natural arch and the Sleek Stone.

The walk starts from the Broad Haven Beach car park at the southern end of the promenade (grid ref. SM861136). After parking walk north along the promenade with the sae to your left. When the 'main' road bends right continue ahead past a row of benches and take the first signed footpath on the right between metal barriers. Walk half left across a car park and head for the path running to the right of the Youth Hostel. Pass the Coastguard building, and veer left to cross bridge and follow rising path into Haroldston Woods.

At the first junction bear right and continue to the next junction and turn left. The path continues to reach a lane at Haroldston (grid ref. SM866154). Turn right along the lane passing the small chapel od St Madoc of Ferns. Continue ahead at the next junction and follow the lane uphill. Continue ahead at the next junction and after 250 metres turn left over a stile with adjacent fingerpost and metal farm gate. Entering a field walk half-right and follow path heading north crossing several stiles to reach a track at Druidston (grid ref. SM869166).

Turn left along the track and continue past Shortlands Farm and campsite to reach a lane. Turn right and then immediately left through a gate to join the Wales Coast Path. As with many coastal walks the path undulates along the cliff tops. Running about sixty metres above the sea the views are excellent. As you approach Broad Haven you pass the Sleek Stone, an unusual feature where a slab of rock slopes seaward. Just past this is the Den's Door natural arch. Stay on the coast path with views ahead across Broad Haven Beach. Reaching the road continue along the seafront back to the start.
